Student enrolled at Foreign Attorney Bar Institute, sitting for the California Bar Examination, must be admitted as an attorney or other legal professional, such as prosecutor, judge, notary etc. with the licensing authority in their country of residency / citizenship. In addition to being admitted, each student must be in good standing with licensing authority.
In order to timely evaluate eligibility to sit for the California Bar Examination, each applicant shall supply to the Institute all evidence in support of the application for California Bar Examination at least 10 months prior to administration of the California Bar Examination.
Foreign Attorney Bar Institute does not guarantee, that timely submission of documents related to eligibility to sit for bar examination will guarantee applicant's ability to sit for the bar examination on particular term.
Foreign Attorney Bar Institute also does not guarantee, that the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service will provide to student visa or lawful status in the United States to sit for the California Bar Examination.
