I am fully aware, that in order to sit for California Bar Exam as foreign admitted attorney, I must be currently admitted in good standing to bar association in any jurisdiction in the world. I am also aware of the fact, that applying for or passing of the California Bar Exam, does not guarantee grant of U.S. visa or any immigration related petition.

I further understand that all tuition and fees must be paid in full before any degree can be conferred.
